Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you want to have your package insured, please contact us via e-mail at elementsineden@gmail.com, for further directions. We encourage our customers to provide addresses and instructions to secure delivery locations.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If we suspect any delays, we will notify you promptly. Once your order has been processed, we will provide your tracking number via e-mail.  

Return & Exchange Policy

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER FROM ELEMENTS IN EDEN PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE IMMEDIATLEY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ITEMS AND THAT NO DAMAGE OCCURED DURING SHIPPING!!

 

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not provide refunds or exchanges once products have been delivered to our customers. But, we do encourage all of our customers to contact us via e-mail at elementsineden@gmail.com, should any concerns arise regarding an order.

If you received an order that has been damaged during the shipping process, please e-mail a picture to us within 2 business days, so we can provide further instruction as to how we will refund or replace the order. We also ask that you save and capture an image of the original packaging. 

 

While we strive for precision, we do apologize if you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact us immediately via e-mail with your order number for further instruction, and we will ship the correct order or any missing items at no cost to you. If the order you received is incorrect, please do not open those items.
